Because our programs include live mentorship, proprietary strategies, digital resources, tools, and community access, we follow a strict conditional refund policy.
Refund will only be considered if the student fully follows all program guidelines, attends sessions, implements the strategies, and still does not achieve results.
If the student qualifies for a refund, 75% of the total program fee will be refunded, after deducting 25% operational, platform, and administrative charges.
If any rule or requirement mentioned in this policy is violated, Digital Gyani will not issue any refund.
Silver Membership is focused on foundational knowledge and digital marketing basics.
Since Silver Membership provides instant access to digital content and learning materials, it falls under digital product policy.
Therefore:
Silver Membership is considered a knowledge-based program, not a guaranteed results program.

Gold Membership includes technology training, systems setup, and access to selected tools required for digital lead generation.
Gold Membership includes technology implementation and tool setup, which involve platform costs and technical resources.
Therefore:
Refund requests based on results will not apply, because Gold Membership focuses on technology learning and setup, not guaranteed lead generation.

Diamond Membership is a mentorship-driven program where students are guided through live classes, strategy sessions, and action-based implementation.
This program qualifies for Digital Gyani’s Conditional Refund Guarantee.
To qualify for a refund under Diamond Membership, the student must fulfill ALL of the following conditions:
The student must attend live classes regularly for a minimum of 12 months.
Attendance records maintained by Digital Gyani will be considered final proof.
If the student repeatedly misses sessions or becomes inactive, the refund eligibility will be cancelled.
The student must actively implement all strategies taught in the program, including:
If the student does not take action or delays implementation, the refund policy becomes invalid.
Students must maintain documented proof of their activities, such as:
Digital Gyani may request proof of work at any time.
Failure to provide proof may cancel refund eligibility.
Students must demonstrate consistent effort throughout the entire 12-month period.
If a student stops working midway, becomes inactive, or ignores mentor guidance, the refund policy will not apply.
For the purpose of the refund policy, a result means generating at least one valid lead or business opportunity using Digital Gyani strategies.
If the student generates even a single lead, the refund guarantee becomes void.
If the student fulfills all the above conditions for 12 months and still does not receive any lead or result:
Digital Gyani will refund:
75% of the total membership fee
The remaining 25% will be deducted as operational and administrative costs.
